SHIPPING:

We use FastWay Couriers for our shipping. The shipping will be bound to the terms and conditions of the FastWay company, which can be found on the FastWay website. The courier will only be notified of collection for shipping once we receive confirmation of payment from the Shopping Cart. We have no control over shipping methods, times, duration, or special delivery requests. Shipping duration will be subject to the accuracy of delivery address provided, address occupancy upon delivery, traffic, accidents, riots, marches, fires, floods, theft, hijacking, armed robbery, and any other condition out of the courier's control. In the event of an incorrect delivery zone selected upon checkout, a manual invoice will be generated to cover the outstanding balance, to be settled before the order can be processed, and shipped. You must track your order with the tracking number / waybill you received with your order, by visiting the FastWay website at www.fastway.co.za

PAYMENT:

We use PayFast as the gateway for our payments. They accept Instant EFT with all South African major banks. They also accept Credit Cards, Cheque Cards, Debit Cards, Visa, Mastercard, ATM Debit Cards via PayD, as well as Masterpass. Goods will only be released for shipping once we receive confirmation for payment from PayFast to our Online Store. All payments will be bound by the PayFast Terms and Conditions witch can be found on the PayFast website https://www.payfast.co.za
